Job Description
Sales Director - Europe position at Kaseware, responsible for managing sales cycle for Europe, leading a team, and maximizing value for existing customer base. Candidate should have 3+ years of experience leading high-performing new business sales teams, with a proven track record in sales leadership and new logo acquisition.
Requirements
- Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle
- Generate and source leads, manage sales opportunities, perform tailored customer-centric demos, and lead efforts to drive opportunities into revenue
- Manage the production and delivery of sales products, including system demos, proposals, and contracts
- Conduct discovery/qualification, consultative sales processes, provide product presentations, and perform software demonstrations
- Capture and maintain details in the company's CRM and contracting documentation
- Build a sub-regional team over the next 1-3 years
Benefits
- Projected Base Salary: $130,000/year
- Projected OTE: $260,000/year
