Senior Legal Counsel

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed in New York
• Five to seven years of related experience in corporate law, contract negotiation and business transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, and technology law
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
