Global Payroll Operations Manager

DoiT is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Manager to join its finance team in EMEA. The role involves managing end-to-end global payroll operations, overseeing workstreams & schedule, and ensuring the timely preparation of payroll information. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in payroll, knowledge of international payroll processes, and strong project management skills.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations
• Oversee workstreams & schedule
• Prepare and analyze payroll information
• Balance & reconcile to financial general ledger
• Track & report on bonus & severance accruals
• Procure new vendors and manage existing relationships for Payroll systems
• Ensure tax compliance
• Manage employee experience as it relates to ESOP program
• Provide a world class service model for employees
• Lead special projects as they pertain to payroll operations & compliance
• Lead enrolment projects to pension and insurances for employees
• Point of contact for contractors costs, invoices and Q&A
• Payroll innovation and ongoing process improvements
