Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer, PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a pivotal technical leader, collaborating closely with our Account Executive team to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey, specifically focusing on our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS software company
- Deep and demonstrable understanding of Kubernetes in various flavors (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and associated DevOps best practices
- Hands-on experience working with SaaS solutions focusing on cloud environments (observability, optimization, FinOps, Platform Engineering)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to analyze data from various monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Strong track record of leveraging product data to construct compelling business cases and ROI justifications for prospective customers
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex Kubernetes concepts and PerfectScale functionalities in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner to both technical and business audiences
