We are seeking an accomplished Solutions Engineer with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a strong emphasis on DevOps and Kubernetes solutions. You will be a pivotal technical leader, collaborating closely with our Account Executive team to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey, specifically focusing on our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS software company
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes in various flavors (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and associated DevOps best practices
- Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to analyze data from various monitoring solutions
- Strong track record of leveraging product data to construct compelling business cases and ROI justifications
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Proven experience working with and presenting to executive-level prospects and customers on critical topics related to cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy
