Requirements

• Trades Qualification
• At least 3 years recent and relevant experience as a BEEF Butcher, Smallgoods Maker, Slaughterman, Boner, Slicer
• Good English test score (minimum PTE score 36 or IELTS 5.0)
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a meat processing facility in Australia
• Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
