Job Description
The Production Operations Manager leads the production operations across aggregate sites, overseeing mining, processing, stockpiling, loading, and shipping activities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations by managing site-level supervisors and teams, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Sales, Reliability & Maintenance, and other functional leaders to meet production goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
