Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees daily operational activities at Dolese's aggregate sites, including pit and plant production. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations by leading hourly employees, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with the R&M Manager and/or Production Manager.

Requirements

• Follow all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations for safe working procedures.
• Supervise daily activities of assigned hourly production and support personnel.
• Schedule and adjust employee duties based on shift needs and production demands.
• Coordinate with all plant shifts and management to achieve operational goals.
