Requirements

• 2 years of previous work experience in a similar position
• Customer service knowledge including resolving problems/complaints
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Good knowledge of English and familiarity with computer systems
