The Cook B' is a critical middle-level position in the kitchen, requiring a blend of fundamental cooking skills and a strong work ethic. The role involves food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures
• Basic knowledge of allergen management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on high-volume or fine dining environments
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of the English language
