Domes Resorts is hiring a Cook B for its 5* resort Domes of Elounda, The Autograph Collection in Crete, Greece. The role requires a blend of fundamental cooking skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. Cooks are essential members of the kitchen team, responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures
• Basic knowledge of allergen management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on high-volume or fine dining environments, of which 1 year as a Cook B'
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of the English language
