Senior Asset Manager - Atlanta Regional Office

Dominium is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to lead the success and growth of their multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills to drive long-term value. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 4+ years of experience in Multifamily Asset Management.

Requirements

• Evaluates physical, financial, and operational aspects of multifamily communities
• Communicates with Property Management, Project Partners, and other stakeholders
• Creates and analyzes reports, data, and other information
• Develops partnerships with stakeholders, departments, and third parties
• Prepares action plans, reports, and other deliverables
• Partners with interdepartmental teams to execute value events
• Ensures adherence to proforma and quality of stakeholder deliverables
• Creates business plans for each asset and ensures ownership goals are met
• Acts as a resource for the organization on specialized areas
• Develops plans to drive asset performance
