Staff Performance Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Performance Quality Engineer to join our Automation Team at Domino. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning and evolving our scale testing platform tools, improving validation and reporting, and establishing and operationalizing scale testing on cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Experience owning or extending complex automation platforms
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, reliability engineering, and scaling cloud-based infrastructure
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern cloud-native tooling
• Demonstrated ability to design reliable, multi-stage test automation systems
