CCU Nursing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Nursing Manager to join our client's hospital in Libya. As the ICU Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ICU unit and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ICU unit, including staffing, patient care, and budget management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ICU nursing staff and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure the unit is in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Handle and resolve any patient or staff complaints or issues.
• Stay current with advancements in ICU nursing practices and technologies.
• Promote a positive and supportive work culture for the nursing staff.
