Charge Nurse - ICU

As a Charge Nurse in the ICU, you will oversee the nursing staff and coordinate patient care, working closely with the ICU team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Valid nursing license in home country
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ICU setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer skills
