Job Description
Doncasters is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the global tax provision process under US GAAP for a multinational corporation. The role involves supporting the global quarterly and annual tax provision process, ensuring compliance with ASC 740 and international GAAP, and preparing tax footnote disclosures for SEC filings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification is essential.
- Corporate tax experience, with substantial in-house experience or Big 4 experience serving US multinational clients.
- Strong understanding of ASC 740 / IAS 12, and US SEC reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and experience with tax software (e.g., Alphatax, ONESOURCE) and ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Infor).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
