Tax Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team at Grant Thornton UK LLP. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate and/or personal tax clients, providing expert advice, and leading a team of tax professionals. As a Tax Manager within our Restructuring & Insolvency Tax team, you will ensure quality, deliver tax compliance obligations, advise on tax implications of transactions, and support senior members of the team in the preparation of advisory reports.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (CTA, ACA or ACCA)
• Understanding of the UK corporate tax regime
• Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• Business taxation compliance experience at supervisor / manager level
• Experience of preparing advisory reports
• Ability to research, understand and apply tax legislation
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to communicate with wide range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with UK insolvency regime
• Ability to work independently and a desire to learn
