Donation Program Consultant

Donor Network West is seeking a Donation Program Consultant to strategically plan, implement, and evaluate internal and external systems to impact hospital and community donation programs.

Requirements

• Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, strategies, and action plans to enhance eye, organ, and tissue donation
• Collaborate with other departments to perform functions
• Provide support on-site at hospitals during active organ cases
• Negotiate Donor Network West needs and necessary services with physicians, nurses, and ancillary services
• Perform quality assurance of data and maintenance of referral and donation process metrics
• Present plans and strategy to hospital administration, physicians, and nursing staff
• Responsible for hospital program site maintenance and regulatory requirements
