Donorbox is a leading fundraising platform and donor management system for nonprofit organizations. We're looking for a data-driven, full-funnel Google Ads & Performance Marketing Manager who can own the entire paid acquisition pipeline.
Requirements
- 6+ years managing Google Ads and performance marketing with a B2B SaaS or similar funnel
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes — not just traffic or leads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analytical mindset — skilled in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written communication and storytelling through data
