We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help design, build, and optimize lifecycle messaging programs across the customer journey. This role translates lifecycle opportunities into scalable campaigns, behavior-triggered messaging, and structured experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing
- Experience owning lifecycle campaigns end-to-end from planning through optimization
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
- Experience working with email as a primary lifecycle channel and best practices
- Experience running lifecycle experiments or A/B tests and applying results to improve performance
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based messaging strategies
- Experience partnering with copywriters and designers to launch campaigns efficiently
- Strong execution discipline and attention to detail when building and QAing campaigns
- Ability to identify opportunities independently and move ideas into execution
