Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada and lead our operational support efforts, called the “run” team. The role involves building and leading a high-performing engineering team that supports business-critical GTM platforms and services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions across modern business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, Proprietary Technologies)
- 2+ years of experience managing a globally distributed engineering or business systems team that supports multiple regions
- Business-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical decisions or features into business outcomes
- Deep understanding of designing and building scalable, maintainable solutions using both configuration and code across one or more enterprise platforms
