Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager with a strong platform-oriented mindset to lead the Money Platform team. The team's mission is to build a world-class, reliable, and cost-efficient payment platform that offers exceptional flexibility and serves as a key driver of business growth.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams (backend & web)
- 6+ years of industry experience
- Experience scaling high-volume platform
- Strong partnership with cross-functional peers
- Experience in Payments or Fintech a plus, but not required
- Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
