Job Description
We're looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support our remote assistance operations. This role involves monitoring and assisting autonomous robots, troubleshooting issues, and providing real-time feedback to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken)
- Computer proficiency, including navigating applications and web-based tools
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar)
- Strong attention to detail in identifying and documenting inefficiencies
- Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced situations
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to safety protocols and professional handling of public interactions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
