Job Description
ISEE is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the deployment and operations of their Autonomous Yard Trucks (AYTs). The role involves real-time monitoring, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer feedback. This position is on-site and requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age and at least 5 years of driving experience
- Ability to operate independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical acumen with familiarity with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Git
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on safety and procedure
- Ability to work in close quarters and travel for extended periods
