Job Description
ISEE is seeking an Operations Specialist - Site Lead to support the operations and development of autonomous yard trucks. The role involves real-time monitoring of all systems, troubleshooting, and providing feedback on system issues to customers. Strong communication and technical skills are needed.
Requirements
- Monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during operations
- Provide troubleshooting technical support for HW and SW issues
- Review log data for system failures
- Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees
- Interact with customers as an ambassador
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving history
