Full-time Line Cook

We are looking for a Full-time Line Cook to join our DoorDash Kitchens team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining a clean kitchen area, and organizing inventory. They will work in a high-volume kitchen environment and be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, complying with food sanitation requirements, and reporting shortages to the manager.

Requirements

• 1 year or more experience as a dishwasher, prep cook or line cook in a high volume kitchen environment
• Experience receiving and organizing restaurant inventory using the FIFO method
• Experience preparing food from scratch, making hot and cold sauces, and having basic knife skills
• ServeSafe certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Highly organized, work well under pressure, and execute tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Keen on learning new things
