Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Shift Lead in our local-fulfillment center, DashMart. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer orders are delivered with high quality, and maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere in the warehouse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack and hand truck
- Food handling certificate (DoorDash will provide training)
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Flexibility in schedule to work various shifts
