Shift Lead - Turnersville

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Shift Lead in our DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash. As a Shift Lead, you will work within a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of Operations Associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handling certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Team player
• Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Flexibility in schedule
