Requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and participate in decision-making.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence in the job market.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
