Cost Accounting Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team, where you will partner closely with Manufacturing and Operations to support cost transparency, inventory accuracy, and profitable growth. As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will be a key financial partner to our manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do

Perform month-end close activities, including settlement of production orders and variance analysis, and analyze the costs of materials, processes, and labor to provide management with information to determine methods of reducing production costs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a strong understanding of general accounting principles, experience with standard costing, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Five years of Accounting experience. Cost Accounting experience preferred
• Experience with standard costing, preferably in an SAP4 Hana environment
• Experience developing and managing a team
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
