Agentic AI Engineer

Dorman is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade, multi-agent AI systems that can reason, plan, and act across complex business and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI-adjacent roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade development.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft's AI and automation ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with large language models, including Anthropic Claude / Claude Code.
• Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integration.
