Dorman is seeking a Sr. Director, Category Management to execute the company's strategy of providing solutions for growth across our portfolio of products through existing and new channels of distribution. The role will lead a team of Category Directors and Managers, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive leadership, focus, and excellence in execution across commercial priorities.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver structured storytelling and clear messaging in presentations to influence stakeholders, align teams, and support business objectives.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and tactics across Dorman's product portfolio and provide ongoing leadership and influence across multiple stakeholders and key functions.
- Align internal Strategic Business Unit (SBU) strategies with channel/customer strategies and plans.
- Create long-term vision and roadmap for success needed to grow and defend Dorman's share across several product categories within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
- Understand assigned categories commercialization needs, create applicable tools to gain or defend market share and lead the communication of these tools to Sales, Product, Business Insights, Marketing and Demand Planning teams.
