Requirements

• Regularly operate and maintain specific diameter grinding machines for production parts.
• Perform dimensional and visual control, using measurement tools, to ensure manufacturing process quality.
• Check technical specifications of received materials through production order.
• Execute order information on the management control system.
• Prepare equipment by separating tooling.
• Perform dimensional control using measurement tools.
• Share technical and practical knowledge with colleagues in the area to improve production processes and develop skills.
• Notify production management system of order completion.
• Notify non-programmed stoppages via production management system.
• Make adjustments to equipment during production whenever deviations from technical specifications occur.
