Job Description
Dorsia is a hospitality-tech company seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its Senior Corporate Counsel and manage the company's day-to-day legal needs as it continues to scale.
Requirements
- J.D. and active Bar admission
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts and corporate law
- Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with autonomy
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a lean, fast-paced organization
