Human Resources Generalist

Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hotel group looking for a Human Resources Generalist to handle all HR activities, including recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have interpersonal and organizational skills, a clear understanding of business objectives, and the ability to work independently. The role involves working between Athens and Samos island, with a duration of 5 months in Athens and 7 months in Samos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Fluent in English (additional languages desirable)
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
