Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a hotel group in Samos, Greece, looking for a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in the coordinated operation of the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in hotels or high-volume kitchens
• Specialization in buffet production, not a la carte
• Leadership skills and organizational thinking
• Experience in team management and implementing procedures
