Job Description
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their Kitchen Department for the Season 2026. The role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen team, supervising the Demi Chefs de Partie, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet Four Seasons culinary standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory culinary role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, food preparation techniques, and culinary standards
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff effectively
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage
- Food Service Sanitation certification
