Job Description
The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. The role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
Requirements
- Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees
- Carry out and ensure the set-up of ther section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef
- Manage production and product storage
- Place merchandise orders according to activity levels
