Our customers rely on us to provide them with the software and services they need to create exceptional in-store experiences. We're seeking a Technical Support Consultant to provide knowledgeable support to customers, analyse knowledgebase user engagement data, and contribute to customer success.
Requirements
- Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and contribute helpful content to improve the customer experience.
- Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide meaningful solutions to ensure customer success.
- Provide customers with space planning advice and data analysis using Excel and SQL.
- Be available for rotational on-call schedule to provide exceptional support to customers across different time zones.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills in English, and an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another widely spoken language).
- Possess knowledge of customer service principles, DotActiv Enterprise software, and project management.
- Be proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, MS SQL, and MS Operating Systems.
- Have good oral and written communication skills, and excellent client relationship skills.
- Be able to multitask and remain attentive in an often-busy environment, and be naturally calm and focused.
- Have a high capacity to represent the brand and be a team player.
- Be empathetic, able to deal with regular stress peaks, and have a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Be willing to acquire skills and abilities with the company's help.
- Have a technician/problem solver at heart and be curious.
- Have a starting monthly Cost to Company salary of between R18k and R22k, depending on qualifications and experience.
