Technical Support Consultant role providing proactive customer support for top retail brands worldwide, requiring strong written and oral communication skills, IT certificates, and ability to multitask and remain attentive in a busy environment.

Requirements

• Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and contribute helpful content to improve the customer experience.
• Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide meaningful solutions to ensure customer success.
• Provide customers with space planning advice and data analysis, processing and validation using Excel and SQL.
• Work on a rotational on-call schedule and be subject to peaks of regular stress.
