People Inc. is seeking an AI Operator to join our AI Operations team, focusing on designing and implementing agentic AI systems that are deeply integrated into our business processes.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of programming concepts and system design principles.
• Experience with low-code development platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their applications in business process automation.
• Experience in business process engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of agentic AI systems and their deployment within enterprise environments.
