Requirements

• 2+ years of hospitality experience
• Strong leadership mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
