Requirements
- Provide phone, email, desk side and remote desktop support.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to a diverse client base.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written Communication.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting various operating systems such as Windows7 and Window 8.
- Hardware Life Cycle and Inventory of equipment
- Perform a variety of routines to moderately complex technical tasks in the installation, operation and maintenance of computer equipment and systems.
- Responsible for insuring the administration, operation, and maintenance of networked and stand-alone computer systems, providing ongoing computer support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Installing hardware and software
- Be the customer contact with service providers, and overseeing the purchase of additional hardware and software systems.
