Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources or similar discipline as Business Administration
• Minimum of 8 years of progress HR experience
• Worked in unionized manufacturing facility as the lead HR contact for bargaining, grievance handling and negotiations (mandatory)
• Understanding of Federal labor law and compliance
