We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee our Human Resources, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Administrative Support teams.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make critical decisions
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize HR software and related technology
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, including follow-through on tasks and projects
- Positive team orientation and effective collaboration with colleagues
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Commitment to completing required training within established timelines
- Ability to perform sedentary work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
