Director of Human Resources We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee our Human Resources, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Administrative Support teams.
Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Human Resources, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Administrative Support teams
- Serve as an HR expert and advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
- Supervise and support HR team members, fostering a high-performing and service-oriented department
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Support and guide Learning & Development initiatives, including training strategy and workforce development
- Partner with leadership to address complex employee relations issues and organizational challenges
- Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
- Oversee and optimize HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and related processes
