Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating operational processes and initiatives to support the effective execution of sales activities, working closely with the Head of B2B Sales APAC.

Requirements

• Implement and manage business processes, workflows, and operational procedures
• Lead projects, initiatives, or small teams to support operational initiatives and program execution
• Anticipate operational issues and develop tailored solutions
• Consolidate business performance updates, pipeline insights, and forecasts
• Oversee planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership offsites, and regional events
• Prepare concise and impactful talking points, briefs, and presentations
