The Business Operations Manager is a critical conduit between the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and the organization's execution. The role is intended for a professional with a clear career trajectory toward becoming a Chief of Staff.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a high-level Project Management Office (PMO)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- Mastery of project management tools (Wrike or similar), and executive-level presentation skills (Google Slides)
