Job Description
Emergency Department Physician bears a responsibility to practice Emergency Medicine in an ethical manner consistent with the hospital vision and rules.
Requirements
- Valid medical license
- Current federal narcotics license number
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations including EMTALA
- Knowledge of the American College of Emergency Physicians policies and protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Performs duties in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Complies with the Code of Conduct and all appropriate policies and procedures
