Job Description
The Labor & Delivery/MSP Lifespan RN provides holistic, individualized care for patients in the unit. This RN performs general and unit specific clinical skills, managing supplies, promoting teamwork, and adhering to all nursing and hospital policies. The role emphasizes clinical competency, quality improvement, and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- One year minimum of acute care experience as an RN
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Successfully completes general nursing and unit orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Computer skills needed
- Ability to work with others
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good customer service skills
- Current BLS
- ACLS
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate
- STABLE certificate
